INAUDITA

2005

With the exhibition INAUDITA, on 2005, the Sound Art Museum is inaugurated in the spaces of Radio Arte Mobile in via Conte Verde 15 in Rome.
For the occasion, new installations were created by Acconci Studio, Markus Huemer, Donatella Landi, Stephen Vitiello and Achim Wollscheid, which were added to those already present by Mario Airò, Massimo Bartolini, Bruna Esposito, Vettor Pisani, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Annie Ratti, Gert Robijns.
For the first time to the public RAM presents the Archive of the Sound Art Museum, which in its initial phase has already cataloged over 350 audio works from all over the world. Broadcast live, during the inauguration, the live of Radio Arte Mobile (www.radioartemobile.it) in connection with Claire Staebler, Radio Day De Appel, Amsterdam; François Bucher, Bogota; Larissa Harris, Center for Advanced Visual Studies, MIT Boston; Richard Crow and Lucia Farinati, IOR London; Ron Kuivali, Art in General, New York; Daniel Soutif, Centro per l’Arte Contemporanea Luigi Pecci, Prato; Jan Åman, Joachim Granit and Carsten Höller, Färgfabriken, Stockholm.
Curators of the project: Lorenzo Benedetti, freelance curator, Riccardo Giagni composer musicologist and Cesare Pietroiusti, artist.
